Empower Texans Profile

I have been involved in many political, professional, and grassroots organizations over the years, both as a member and in some cases a leadership role, but none of them is as resolute, committed, and courageous as Empower Texans. They are great.  I especially like their staff, many of whom are young enough to be my children. They are enthusiastic, polite, hard-working, and absolutely devoted to preserving liberty in the Lone Star State. For that reason, I was flattered when Jacob Asmussen approached me about doing an interview for ET’s publication, the Texas Scorecard.  Jacob was exceptionally kind and wrote up a profile that even manages to make me sound interesting.

It begins: “Mark Pulliam is a retired lawyer, yet his most exciting days have only just begun. He now exposes the corruption happening in some of the biggest media outlets and institutions in the state of Texas.” This depicts me as a caped crusader, fighting for truth, justice, and the American Way (which I must confess was my childhood fantasy).

You can read the whole thing here, if you are interested.  I encourage all my Texas friends to support the work of Empower Texans.
