Is Justice Neil Gorsuch “Going Wobbly” Already?

Justice Gorsuch’s concurring opinion in Sessions v. Dimaya–joining with the Court’s liberal bloc to overturn an immigration statute on vagueness grounds–was applauded by many “conservative” and libertarian scholars, but not by me.
