Will the Third Court of Appeals Survive November?

Place 6 on the critically-important Third Court of Appeals is an open seat this November. Mike Toth, who combines the best qualities of Ollie North and Neil Gorsuch, is running against Gisela Triana, who combines the worst qualities of Rosemary Lehmberg and Sonia Sotomayor.
